EUROPEAN LOGISTICS AND ROAD TRANSPORT

For road transport, our expert team can provide double manning, special vehicle movements and flexible fleet routing.  We have extensive road coverage with our AMCO fleet of trucks and those of our preferred partners, enabling us to facilitate collections from most areas of Europe; often in as little as an hour of booking. We can transport any size consignment. A dedicated member of the AMCO European Logistics team will personally assist you with all your requirements and track your shipment from loading to the final delivery point.

Where time is not critical, groupage or consolidation can be the solution. ie combining cargo from more than one shipper and/or to more than one consignee for shipment together. AMCO has regular daily consolidations to most European countries all year round. This option offers a cost-effective solution for all types of shipments and still attracts the same high level of service.

Our milk run service offers a dedicated trailer service which allocates a trailer to collect from several suppliers throughout the U.K. or Europe at a fixed time to suit both the supplier and the customer. These collections are carried out over a 5-7 day period and then the fully utilised trailer is delivered to the customer at an agreed time. This service can also be useful for empty packaging to be returned back to each supplier respectively.

AIR FREIGHT AND AIR CHARTER

Our team of European Logistics experts and specialists provide Air Freight and Air Charter services including specialist charters for specialist and general cargo and for consignments of any size.

AMCO offers choice and capacity as an airfreight partner offering pallet rates for the quarter, half and full pallets on both overnight and next day economy services. We can provide direct and indirect flight options to suit timescales and budgets.

We can provide Next Flight Out logistics, to ship urgent consignments avoiding asset downtime and delays and optimising the supply chain.  And for real time-critical deliveries on a smaller scale, we offer a dedicated Hand Carry Service where a member of our team will personally travel with valuable and urgent consignments as their baggage and hand-carry them to the required destination guaranteeing safe and prompt arrival of time-critical shipments.
